Sampah arsip dan dokumen kertas dimasukkan ke dalam mobil box kemudian ditutup rapat dengan menggunakan gembok. Ini dimaksudkan agar semuanya tidak tercecer dan aman sampai ke tujuan. B. Proses Pemusnahan Arsip dan Dokumen Kertas Menjadi Egg Tray Untuk menghindari kebocoran data, sampah arsip dan dokumen kertas harus dimusnahkan tak bersisa dan tak berbentuk. Proses pemusnahan arsip bisa disaksikan langsung oleh perwakilan dari RSUP Dr. Mohammad Hoesin. Dengan begitu, mereka bisa memastikan bahwa semuanya hancur hingga tidak dikenali lagi. Dilakukan penimbangan sebanyak dua kali untuk mengetahui jumlah sampah arsip dan dokumen kertas yang akan dimusnahkan. Timbangan pertama adalah ketika mobil box akan ditimbang bersamaan dengan sampah arsip dan dokumen kertas yang masih ada di dalamnya. Untuk timbangan kedua diperoleh dengan menimbang kembali mobil box yang sudah kosong. Jumlah akhir didapatkan dari hasil pengurangan pertama dan kedua. Melalui proses ini, didapatkan ada 11.840 Kg sampah arsip dan dokumen yang akan dimusnahkan dan dikelola. Terdapat mesin penghancur kertas yang akan digunakan untuk membuat sampah arsip dan dokumen kertas menjadi bubur. Semuanya dimasukkan secara bertahap. Sampah arsip dan dokumen kertas yang sudah hancur dicetak menjadi egg tray. Nantinya, kumpulan egg tray ini akan didistribusikan kembali ke UMKM peternak telur. Ada beberapa berkas bertanggung-jawab seperti MoU, Berita Acara Pemusnahan dan Berita Acara Pengangkutan yang harus ditandatangani ketika proses pemusnahan telah selesai. Untuk lebih memvalidkan proses pemusnahan beberapa kali sempat dilakukan pengambilan foto dan video.
